Delete your Wamdah data
Wamdah (ومضة) has no accounts. Your reflections, journal and progress stay on your phone. You can delete your data yourself in a few seconds, or ask us by email.
Delete it in the app (immediately)
- Open Wamdah and tap More.
- Open Profile & settings.
- Tap “Reset all data”, then “Delete data”.
This deletes your name (if you entered one) and your notification token from our server, and erases your reflections, reading history, completed actions, bookmarks and quiz scores from your phone. Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on the phone.

Write to us with the subject below. Because there are no accounts, tell us what to look for, for example the text of feedback you sent. We delete it and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept
- Name (optional)
- Deleted immediately by Reset all data, or by clearing your name in Profile & settings.
- Notification token
- Deleted by Reset all data. Tokens unused for 90 days are deleted automatically.
- Reflections and journal
- Never leave your phone. Erased by Reset all data or by uninstalling the app.
- Feedback messages
- Kept so we can read and answer them. Deleted when you ask us by email.
- Live Quiz nickname, PIN and scores
- Deleted automatically within about a day.
- Crash reports (no name or reflections)
- Deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Our service providers’ security logs (such as IP addresses)
- Kept for a short time by the providers, for security only.
